1. About Caprichos Creativos?

Caprichos Creativos is a space where you can purchase objects, t-shirts, items of clothing, (find out gossip), peculiar items and other interesting products. An online shop created by our design studio (estudio Rafa Armero) in order to offer you the possibility to share all our fetishes and whims.

When browsing this website you will discover a new world full of interesting items and you will be part of a game where you can participate as well.

2. Payment methods

In order to facilitate and speed up your purchases on this web, we offer you the possibility to buy your items by means of a credit card (Visa, MasterCard,…), PayPal or bank transfer.

3. What do I need to shop at Caprichos Creativos?

Surf the shop and visit all its sections until you find something that interests you, then select it by clicking on it. By doing so, you will access its information, once there, you will be able to include this item to your shopping cart.
Add all the items you want by repeating the same process.

When you want to end your purchases, click on “finish shopping” which appears on the information of the item.

If you are not registered or if it is your first purchase, please introduce your data as a new client. If you are registered client, you just have to introduce your email address and your password. After this, just choose the payment method and the type of delivery that most suits you.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you wish you can modify your shopping cart any time in the purchase process.
On “your purchase”, you can modify the amount of desired items or delete them by clicking on “delete” right next to the price of each item.
Once you have modified your purchase, you can continue buying by clicking on any of the different sections or clicking on “continue shopping” which is in the information about your purchase.

In order to modify or cancel your order once you have finished your purchase, please email us and explain your reasons. If your order is yet to be dispatched the cancellation process will be very simple.

5. What if I haven´t received my order?

In the hypothetical case that you haven´t received your order or it has been lost whilst on delivery, do not worry, it will be replaced at no extra cost.
If the tracking number indicates that it has been delivered, we cannot assume that responsibility.

6. Can I send back or change any items?

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you can return them within 7 days after delivery. In any case, please contact us by email and we will provide clear instructions.

The items must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of usage or damages and always in their packaging.

Should an order be delivered faulty, incomplete or it does not meet what you ordered (colour, size, etc.) due to Caprichos Creativos reasons, please return it to us and we will send a new item free of charge. Should the product be faulty due to factory reasons, you will have 30 days to return it and we will send you a new one.

7. How long will my order take to be delivered?

This depends on each location; we will try our best to deliver our items in stock within 24-48 hours.

The moment you select the type of delivery for your order in the purchase process, we will indicate exactly the delivery due date.

Registered letter, from 3 to 5 days
Blue parcel (“paquete azul”), from 5 to 8 days.
Urgent Courier Company, from 48 to 72 hours.
Delivery to Valencia urban areas, from 24 to 48 hours.

INTERNATIONAL
Delivery to European Union, from 8 to 12 days.
Delivery to the rest of the world, it depends on the country.

9. Is purchasing at Caprichos Creativos safe?

Bank data provided for purchases, especially those related to credit or debit card details that you use, are transferred through a virtual gateway payment contracted with the bank that manages the payment. Such gateway payment is safe, which guarantees the privacy of your data. Also, these data on the card are directly transferred to the collaborating bank; therefore access to such type of information is not possible.

In Paypal payment methods, the security conditions are established by the company itself and Caprichos Creativos won´t have access to the client´s account or password.
